Good: The ability to write documents, to-do lists, appointments and schedules
Bad: The problems with Bluetooth and the phone buttons
Comment: I'm more than happy with the PDA functionality of the product, but the phone function has been added as an afterthought and has been poorly designed. The buttons are stuck on the top, in a location where they can't easily be pressed, and they're so small and close together that you often end up pressing the wrong one, and put someone on loudspeaker when you really wanted to disconnect the call. They're impossible to press individually if you have normal-sized fingers.
The other main problem is that the phone has to be unlocked to make a Bluetooth call, if it's locked when you make the call it unlocks automatically. This makes it completely impossible to use it hands free - because it has a touch screen the call can be disconnected if the screen is pressed, and since the phone unlocks itself when you make a Bluetooth call that means the phone has to be held or laid on a surface so the screen can't be accidentally pressed. You can't put it in your bag or pocket while using a headset because the screen will end up being knocked and your call will be disconnected. If you want hands free don't buy this product.
