Good: The £30 free credit
Bad: The 3 customer service, and sending back the same faulty phone!
Comment: I have wasted £50 on this junk, because I was given a hard time proving the warranty was in date, kept weeks without a phone, to be told my phone was repaired... Same problem I sent it with! DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!

Good: Its grace and screen resolution
Bad: Low battery storage time

Good: The pictures that I can watch, and purchase with Add One's at a reasonable price. The connection to the Internet is good. You just have to press 1 key
Bad: The titchy keyboard and the slowness of entering text!! The font is too light on the screen and in an emergency, would be difficult to read
Comment: I wish that I had looked this review up on the Net, before hiring the phone on a monthly basis. As I am still within my fortnight's trial I am in a position to return the phone. I am saddened that what appear to be some good photographs, cannot be transferred to my PC. I certainly am NOT purchasing the software to enable me to do so. When I tried to enter Contacts, the small keypad made this so hard.
All in all, this experience has taught me to be much more careful of investigating before I commit myself. I am saddened about these remarks, but the keyboard, text function, is almost impossible to use. For poor-sighted people, this is NOT the phone to use.
