Comment: that's a phone
Good: Speed, user interface, edge to edge screen, robustness, battery life, smart actions
Comment: I have just upgraded from a Motorola Defy (my first ever smart phone - which I had free on a 2 year contract) and the first thing that struck with starting to use the RAZR i was the speed. Everything is so fast (obviously comparing it to the Defy), Google maps was a particular problem on my Defy, but the this flies through them. The second thing is what appears to be excellent battery life - it's only the first day of using it, but being a new toy I have hammered it with all sorts of different activities and it was still going 15 hours later. I expect that I will easily get over 24 hours of my normal use.
Good: Sleek, fast, cheap, and with pretty much everything. Nice black screen.
Bad: Not quite top-end specs
Comment: Very nice, solid, compact phone.
The audio is fine, I don't get the hiss described above, except some minor hiss immediately before and after playback, with the little thump. I've seen this on many devices and will probably not be a great problem for most.
This phone should be a hit!
Good: Great value
Bad: Not pretty
Comment: There are certainly some better phones around but none for the same money!
Good: Almost everything - especially form factor and battery life
Bad: Audio output quality on 3.5mm jack. May potentially be slower to receive updates (such as Android 4.2 which promises Wireless Display) due to the Intel chip.
Comment: Despite being a bit of a geek, this was the first smartphone I've bought, because it ticks all the boxes that no other smartphones have so far. Perfect form factor and excellent battery life.
Unfortunately there is a flaw in the handset that completely lets it down for me. The problem is high levels of hiss / interference when a speaker is connected to the 3.5mm jack while audio is not playing. There is also an unpleasant thump when the audio output turns on (i.e. immediately prior to playing audio) or off (a few moments after audio output is stopped).
The hiss/EM interference noise reduces significantly immediately before and after playing audio i.e. seems to go down to an acceptable level once audio chip is taken out of 'sleep' mode.
This happens regardless of whether the device is connected to wall socket. I tried various things - temporarily disabling MusicFX app and doing a factory reset – no luck unfortunately.
I have had the issue now with two handsets, both from Handtec (who have been excellent in terms of dealing with my return promptly and fairly). Currently I suspect this is an issue affecting all Razri handsets, unless someone can confirm otherwise?
I am sending mine back for a full refund. If Motorola fix the issue and someone is able to confirm that it's been resolved, I'll buy it.
If you are one of those people who would never connect your phone to anything except cheap earphones, and you're not fussed about audio quality when playing through speakers/decent headphones, I can strongly recommend this phone.
Comment: I am very flexible with this company mobiles. As they are very flexible to use and the price is also good comparative to others. There are been upgrading this this like other mobiles.
Good: Its screen and processor is nice
Bad: Haven't found any yet
Comment: This phone is awesome.
i'm gonna get this
Comment: My previous review had 3.5 stars should 5
Good: very fast can't realy complain
Bad: Not found any yet
Comment: The reviews go on about the back of It who's looking at the back and it's not that bad Your hand is covering it anyway. This phone is good not as big as Samsung S2, but screen is as big and it's cheaper.
Go for it you won't regret it.
Comment: I have a question he has a removable battery?
