Good: looks good, works well , good graphics, excellent camera

Bad: does not connect to Tom Tom sat nav

Comment: I was really impressed with this phone for about 6 months. Everything works well. It keeps all my appointments infact it pretty much runs my life for me. Then I invested in a Tom Tom 520Go. It will not connect via bluetooth. Apparently the u830 is not a phone that is recommended by Tom Tom. Because this phone has done everything else perfectly I immediately assumed that it would connect like it did to my Garmin but alas no.
All the other features of the phone are very good, I would recommend it in a flash except to users of theTom Tom 520 Go!
