Good: Very stylish, quality feel and functions

Bad: Battery life

Comment: Want to love this phone but dying for an upgrade as I cannot take the phones irritating habit of not warning me the battery needs charging. I have had one replacement and a subsequent insurance replacement and each handset continually switches itself off on a whim, even when the battery indicator says full....think i will go back to Nokia...

Good: It looks really nice

Bad: Annoyingly disappointing

Comment: It has so many features that could be good... it really should be an excellent phone. But it just isnt. I find it riddled with little annoyances.
the camera takes good pictures in the day. But the flash over-exposes all the night pictures and the auto flash would have it flashing all the time.
The touch pad is too sensitive, and it's too slow when you want to push it. So you frequently get either a 'push' when you didnt want to, or you get 3 pushes because the phone took too long to react to the first 2.

It does look and feel very nice and there are some very nice media features like the music player and photo viewer can be touch screen. But to me these dont make up for the flaws.

Try it before you buy it at least.

Good: everything else

Bad: Google Package Doesnt come standard; touch screen is not fully utilized

Comment: The phone almost does what it says on the box, unfortunately it does not come with the google package and this is on O2. This is one of the main features i was looking forward to as it enables loads more functions like youtube, googlemaps, search capabilities and more importantly viewing of office documents. Other downsides is that the touch screen could have been utilized on all menus as the functionality is already there. The camera does not have a good lense as well which makes a big difference as even though it is a 5mp cam it is still grainy in dull light conditions.
