Good: The keyboard.
Bad: Everything else!
Comment: I'v had to put up with this phone for two years, and I'm sick of the sight of it!
It constantly crashes, It can't handle large images and can't handle a big memory card! I'v lost count of the times that the phone has crashed and I have to take the battery out to reset it, because the power button no longer works. It can only keep round 200 messages in the inbox! (even with a 8GB MicroSD). When your inbox is full, you can no longer send messages, deleting them takes forever and even after you'v deleted your messages you still have to reset the phone! Starting it up takes ages, really is a waste of time.
So if you're really not bothered about being frustrated about the overall quality just so you can get a decent slide out querty keyboard then this is the phone for you.
But for anyone else, don't consider it, It'll only stress you out. I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before I bought it.
DO NOT BUY!

Good: The QWERTY Keyboard
Bad: Everything else
Comment: I had the phone for less than a year, on the first day all the settings were reset and no new settings could be saved, so I had to take it back to the shop.
After the first week the headphones broke.
I continued to use it afterwards, the internet crashed a lot, the main menu was choppy, video and audio playback is poor, call quality is lacking, battery life is appalling, low capacity for saved messages.
The worse thing is, the touch screen actually somehow broke, and as it takes £15 to fix it, the phone is now gathering dust.
In other words, do NOT buy this phone. Invest in something other than an LG.

Good: the keyboard is good for texting
Bad: it freezes when sending a text, turns it self off, web is so slow it's unreal
Comment: this is my third phone because it breaks down often i have only had it a year. it's useless, the battery life is short, its camera is rubbish and it has not got wi-fi. this phone is NOT recommended.

Good: qwerty keyboard
Bad: everything else
Comment: the phone freezes constantly, so have to turn the phone off and take out the battery then turn it back on to send a text, it will freeze when sending a text and remain like that for up to an hour, the internet connection is very slow and can be unresponsive, will cut out in the middle of phonecalls, turn itself off on its own.
when i got my phone i could store up to 400 texts in the inbox and sentbox and now i can only have 70 in each, and i have no other additional things saved in the memory i.e. pictures, music. the camera is also of a poor quality, it blurs and is constantly out of focus
not a recommeded phone at all

Good: QWERTY
Bad: LiveSquare, constant freezing, very slow.
Comment: When I first got this phone I felt like I had bought heaven. But after a few months of using this phone, t started to get really slow and really laggy (and yes, I did clear my memory and texts etc...), and also, when ever I wish to send a text it will freeze and can stay like that for hours, and then have to remove the battery and start all over again.
LiveSqaure is absolutley pointless. It doesn't even work. It will show someone who I have actually never texted, called or even looked at in my phonebook. At first this is a dream, but it soon ends and becomes horrible.
The menu design is okay but very basic for a touchscreen "smartphone". The email is okay but not the best.
When phoning people the audio is very clear, however, it is not very loud when at loudest, so not good for somewhere where it is very loud.
The 3.0MP camera is okay, but can be laggy and very blurry. Also, when you take a photo your arm has to be very still otherwise it will just be a blurred. And also when you take a picture, the phone will suddenly zoom out and take a picture of something you didn't want. Fault on LG's part there.
The media functions are okay, satisfactional, but nothing to sing and dance about.
The web browser on this phone is actually quite good (it can be slow at times, but thats more of where you are), it has tabs, favourites and the ability to zoom in and out. However, I wouldn't say the browser is very accurate, whenever you would like to tap a link, it won't go the link and just show you the url and the zoom in and out tool etc... But no phone is perfect hey?
Settings and security on the phone are very good. Very secure. The phone is very customisable aswell.
My overall on this would be 6/10. Which isn't that bad, but I will be swapping this phone for the BlackBerry Bold 9780, which looks really good (also everyone seems to have a BlackBerry at the moment).
