Good: Few good things
Bad: Slow, more hassle than it's worth
Comment: When i first saw this phone i thought it would be the next I-Phone! But the L.G version! I was very pleased to begin with it! It had everything i needed like the internet and music. However I now regret buying this phone as there has been numerous things wrong with it and I cannot wait until i can upgrade to an I-Phone! The screen doesn't always switch on, once you have finished a phone call it seems to stay on the call screen for ages. The wifi doesn't wor! It could be kwhere i live, the more apps you put on there the slower the phone, the battery life gets shorter if you use the internet or music for a period of time!
Good to start with - Gets boring after a while!

Good: Its very unique
Bad: It doesnt allow me to hang over when I have finished coversion until I expose it to light.
Comment: When I call someone the it brings darkness and I can not hang over to finished the call. I need to insert headphone, charger or expose it to light before it turns brighter and after then I can hang over to finished the call. This cost me since before I get headphones, charger or expose it to light, Credit continue to be used without conversation

Good: It was a gift
Bad: Its like a woman who changes the day after you marry her.
Comment: I have just took a hammer to mine, it has cost me a good relationship with my boss. It takes 3 minutes to make sure the boss it still not on the line. Too many ways of getting the same thing done. All in slow motion, I have struggled along since June with it, it will put you on drugs. Please leave it alone, I thought I would be a rebel and depart from the main stream sheep. I would rather use smoke signals then this oriental torture device. Leave well alone!!!

Good: it looks beautiful
Bad: just about everything else!
Comment: this phone is like having a beautiful box of chocolates....its smooth and feels great to hold....and you open it full of excitement....unwrap the layers and then just watch it fall apart!!! i have had mine for ten months....and persevered through the problems until i finally had to admit defeat and take it back.....the many problems included it turning itself off when it felt like it, not being ableto makes its mind up when you used it landscape....it would go backwards and forwardsnot being able to settle for ages.....slow on the internet, when using zoom it keeps asking if you want to exit browser, the camera is not as good as the lg viewty...quality of photos not crisp enough....excellent music, but i want a phone that works, i can get an mp3 player for music...predictive text not good, qwerty keypad letters too close makes for frustrating messaging....there are loads of other quibbles too, i have just got a refurbished model and thats just as bad as the one i handed in, i have another four months to go before i can end my contract, and if it wasnt so expensive i would just put it in a drawer and forget about it.....my advice would be dont be fooled by its looks....it will disappoint you and its too expensive to be disappointed!!!

Bad: best phone ever, a little compromise on battery life.

ALSO THE S-CLASS INTERFACE OF THE LG BL40 IS MUCH MUCH MORE THAN GREAT. THIS PHONE HAS INBUILT SUPPORT FOR WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, NOTEPAD, AND PDF FILES. SO ONE DOSENT NEED TO INSTALL THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE FOR THE SAME. THE LEVEL OF TOUCH EXPERIENCE OF SCREEN IS EQUALENT TO IPHONE. THIS PHONE GIVES ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE WHILE VIWING OFFICE FILES AND SURFING WEB AS THE SCREEN IS SO LARGE IN LANDSCAPE MODE THAT ONE CAN EASILY BROWSE THROUGH THE PAGE WHITHOUT HAVING THE NEED TO SCROLL HORIZONTLY.
