Comment: I am getting one of these phones for my 11 year old son. I want strength, large screen size ( he has slight vision loss due to Nystagmus), affordability and Android. If he loses or breaks it it won't be the end of the world. If it doesn't look as 'cool' as an S3 or HTC so what.
Your review was written by someone who thinks they have to have nothing but the best. I bet he drives a Lexus. It was biased and the tone was condesending. Editor, give him / her a slap for me please!
Good: Brilliant Phone
Comment: Phone with the latest Android software, everything works fine.
Comment: This review here on Cnet is really unfair. The phone is amazing and great value for money. The big display is a huge plus if you're like me and do a lot of web browsing. The only downside is that you don't find many accessories on the market. I had to buy a Samsung Galaxy S3 leather pouch for it. It was a really tight fit at first but now the leather has loosened up and it fits great.
Bad: A little bulky.
Comment: Hats off to Huawei for bringing out such a good phone at a budget price.
The screen clarity is good.Sound is awesome.Call clarity is great.
I don't think there is another phone in market with 4.5 inch screen which can come close to it,yet.
Good: Intuitive and does what you need well.
Bad: Possibly a little flimsy and not a huge selection of cases yet.
Comment: I see nothing to complain about with this phone, it does everything I could want and much more really well. It's the first mobile I have owned that I like to use!
Comment: Just an update on my bulky, heavyweight, anti social, £130 slab, loving it, got Nova Launcher on it, what clunky UI now? It's gone, and so thank goodness has my Nokia 710, never ever again with Windows
Comment: For a phone for £130 it annoys me that Cnet find the bad points about it. It's got a 4.5" screen, Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean), good camera (Better than what these guys say about it. The guys at Cnet must try and compare it to the likes of the iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3 - It's supposed to be a budget phone for a reason, My personal opinion about it is a great phone for a great price.
Comment: How much are Microsoft paying these reviewers?, First the reviewer goes on about if you want a big screen phone then there isn't much choice about in the budget sector and then bizarrely recommends the nokia 620, a phone with of course has a 3.8 inch screen, makes sure to mention the 520 and 720 but barely mentions any other androids in a similar price range. little tip - Don't make it so obvious next time.
Good: The dolby dts on it.
Bad: Yesterday's cpu.
Comment: There was no review on its music prowess. It blew my mind man! I plug it into my car player's aux-in and it was simply incredible (at least to me). It was WAY BETTER than any other players that I have plugged into it.
So, it's (super) cheap, it's decent, the os is up-to-date, the music is FABULOUS. What is there not to like about it?
Bad: Nothing so far
Comment: Plain and chunky? That to mean reads 'made to last' This phone has everything that most people would want, It works well, has Jelly Bean on-board, makes calls, texts, sat nav etc etc and it's £130!!!! Maybe I would like slim and petite in a £400 phone, and as for the Nokia, Windows Phone is OK, but the apps are nothing short of pants, and I had a Nokia 710 and got rid of it for this, and this plain and chunky, dull, boring, social siberia candidate beats it hands down.
