Good: The design is good
Bad: The basic functioning of the phone is to receive and send calls. It can't do it right.
Comment: It is the crappiest phone I have ever used. If I don't receive any calls in some time this shit phone goes into some kind of sleep mode and stop receiving any calls. The message the other caller receives is that the phone is switched off. What the heck... why the phone is switched off when it is in my hand and showing 4 bars of signal. Took it to customer service and they changed the entire motherboard after 4 visits and guess what ... the problem is still there .. Please don't buy any HTC phone cause I have heard they all have the same machinery and software inside. I paid INR 20200 for this phone and what I got was a piece of shit.
I have checked my connection with other brand phones like Nokia and Ericsson and I faced absolutely no problem.

Bad: EVERYTHING
Comment: THIS PHONE HAS EVERYTHING WRONG ABOUT IT, I CANNOT THINK OF ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PHONE, IT HAS ALMOST ENDED UP BEING THROWN AGAINST VARIOUS BRICK WALLS OR CONCRETE FLOORS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS. AVOID THIS PHONE LIKE A BAD CASE OF YELLOW FEVER.
