Good: very little
Bad: always crashing and always trying to update android. screen and controls are far too sensitive and turn on when you dont want them too.
Comment: The worst phone I have ever had!
I had an HTC desire before which was brilliant and far superior to the sensation.

Good: HTC Sense User Interface. Speed. Best web browser in the business.
Bad: The Screen is appalling
Comment: I bought my Sensation to replace my beloved Desire.
This is potentially a great phone but is marred by the appalling screen.
It's an LCD type produced on the cheap.
Colours are muted contrast is limited and viewing angles both vertical and horizontal are quite simply dreadful. Putting it next to a Samsung Galaxy S2 made me feel sick.
Worse, putting it next to my 18-month-old Desire was an even more depressing experience as the Desires AMOLED screeen is in a different, incredibly higher league.
Why oh why would a manufacturer put such a cheap display on its flagship product?
I get very annoyed with sites like CNET which do not point out the incredible limitations of such a crappy screen and leave customers to waste their money on chronically flawed products.
Mines now on EBay - don't buy it.

Good: Good Styling, Large Screen
Bad: Fragile ! Camera just average..
Comment: I became a HTC fan when I bought the orginal Desire - which was a great phone 2 years ago - so I upgraded to the HTC Sensation, which was similarly priced to the Galaxy S2 - I chose the Sensation for its slightly classier look compared to the Galaxy - like its touch of chrome on the speaker cover and colume buttons. Performance was as expected - frankly speaking all the top Android phones are now more or less equal in performance give or take some..
So I was happy with the phone except that one fine day, just 3 months into owning it, the volume control button just dropped out - the phone didnt fall [ i'm very careful with it] and its always in a procetive leather case - I do however use the volume button at least 5 - 6 times a day - some people would use it alot more infact. I was actually holding the phone about to make a call when the buttong just fell straight out of its housing - the button itself is made of plastic thats so delicate, it's less than 1 mm thick at its thickest - so when I tried to slot it [ carefully] back into its place, the button broke as well.
I now have an expensive phone without any volume control - several phone shops do not have a replacement button - have ordered - have to wait a couple of weeks.
The Desire was a hardy phone - this one is just badly built - poor workmanship HTC : (
Secondly, the camera is just OK in performance. There's times I've noticed the lens just doesnt auto focus quickly enough especially when you photograph sometime at close range.
But I can live with this - but a phone falling apart right in my hands ..
I am a not a HTC fan any longer !
