Bad: they cheated me.....they r not giving 512mb internal storage. they giving only 150MB tottaly... worst customer care in the world.

I purchased HTC Salsa on 3.10.2011. I have a problem in Internal Storage Capacity. HTC have been mentioned that the internal storage total capacity of HTC Salsa mobile is 512 MB and 512 MB Ram Separately in the mobile pack. But in my purchased HTC Salsa mobile the total internal storage capacity is 150 MB. I also went to HTC authorised service center to rectify the problem as on 15.10.2011 at 4.35PM. In HTC Authorised service center they format the mobile and given me with default applications. But I didnt get HTC mentioned total internal storage capacity of 512MB. I get the capacity of 150MB which shown as 29MB Used and 121 Free Space. I called to the HTC customer care about my problem but they are not even trying to hear my words. they keep on aruguing with me and finally they asking me to wait for modification in wild fire and salsa. The customer executive told me that already they are facing this problem in wild fire and salsa. once the problem rectified they will contact me in around 2 to 3 months and close the call. HTC realsing their products with problem only....they r not having good as sony ericsson, Nokia, samsung, LG and MOTO, HTC are the worst customer satisfaction in the world. I dont know where i can buy back my money....i really fed up with this internal storage problem and customer satisfaction.

Good: it's just useless

Bad: always low memory even though you have big sd card. Cannot install flash player even though a lot of web contents are flash file.
