Good: build quality, shape and comfort in the hand.

Bad: no place to attach a wrist strap or security strap.

Comment: This is my first smart phone and I am well pleased with it. I download primarily through WiFi, my own or public spots and never had a problem with connecting or staying connected. All apps work smoothly and the 8GB onboard storage goes some way to compensate for a lack of memory card slot.

Good: windows 7, battery life, construction

Bad: paint chips easily

Comment: best phone I've had. I shan't be going back to Android. If technology confuses you this phone is easy to use which suits me fine as I do have a life to live as well!
