Good: Too Long To List, BUT on top are: Screen, Smoothness, HTC Sence, Build Quality, Unibody Design,
Bad: Spaekerphone, Battery, and Camera!
Comment: This is simply the best smartphone today, no question ask. It has amazing design & built quality, amazing HTC Sense 2.0, and super fast internet (comparing to iPhone 4). I like everything about this smartphone except for battery life which is about average for smartphones of this spec anyway (my average varies between 22 to 35 hours). I also dislike the very low volume of the speaker phones!!! I dont understand how HTC failed in the speaker phone even though my other HTCs (Hero, Legend, and Wildfire) all have very very good speaker phones!! The camera also not that great for an 8MP camera. I have seen better photos from 5MP camera phones! Anyway, with all mentioned cons, they are still not deal breaker for me, and I still love it and would buy it again and again!!
I might consider replacing it with the new HTC Sensation if battery life is similar or better ....
Good: Massive screen, fast processor and web browser
Bad: Video recording in hi-def can cause stuttering on screen and on recorded footage.
Comment: Perfect for using out and about.
With excellent web surfing and decent Music playing abilities, gps with built in maps to keep the data allowance on check. Messaging with either the built in apps or through Gmail is as slick as could be. Especially the Gmail app with push notification. it's perfect for all my out and about needs.
Good: Very fast and applications open smoothly and immediately, Buttons are very easy to use, Screen is huge and bright
Bad: Battery life is not great
Comment: I have been a HTC user since the grim days of Windows CE and believe me they have come a long way in a very short time. While I acknowledge the 'issues' some other reviews have highlighted, mainly to do with battery life I personally do not believe any of these are deal breakers for this phone. Having used the previous desire, the HTC HD2, iphone and several other smartphones I believe the battery life compares to these anyway.
That is the only slight negative, everything else about this phone is immense, it somehow manages to feel faster than the original Desire, and the subtle tweaks to the sense interface really improve the overall usability of this phone.
Hardware wise I particularly like the touch sensitive buttons, which work perfectly and look so much better than the hard buttons. The reception is also noticeably stronger, and I am getting strong reception in areas my original Desire struggled.
The extra screen space is really welcome and browsing on this phone is a real pleasure, so much so that I am considering selling my mobile pc (which i only use for browsing on the road).
Providing you buy with the knowledge that this is a big and heavy phone in relative terms then you will be very very happy with your purchase. Highly recommended

Good: large and speedy
Comment: with light use, it struggles to last through the day, let alone moderate/heavy. if you're on the go most of the time, forget about this phone. or if you're a sitter at work, you'll get a bit frustrated having to worry about the battery and to charge it. my experience, unplug it at 7am, you're gonna have to juice it up by lunch if you're lucky or right after. its a shame, you're bound to do things with a smartphone, but you just cant really do that.
Good: Its seems like a good phone, fast and easy to use
Bad: Shame about its Battery Life and Speakerphone
Comment: The phone seems like the phone for me, it has android which has lots of apps , nice look to it, easy to use ,even though it has a few slip ups even like the battery life and speaker phone it still stick out to me as a good phone, I'm going to get this phone when I am ready for my upgrade ! :)
Good: Everything .. Well, Almost.
Bad: Speakerphone, Battery life.
Comment: This phone is so amazing in almost every aspect, design, build, screen, HTC Sense, speed, smoothness, and weight ( I don’t like light phones). I think this smartphone would be so perfect if it had MUCH better speakerphone, and MUCH better battery life.
In short, I did a comparison test between it and iPhone 4, and I give Desire HD 9 out of 10 when the iPhone 4 get 7 out of 10.
Good: It's from HTC, good hardware configuration, handy
Bad: Wonder about battery life. Heard that if we can use our hand to hold whole body of the phone the wifi signal will be partial lost
Comment: Will buy it tomorrow
Good: App support, HTC Sense software, massive clear screen, ease of typing, fantastic web browser, speedy responses
Bad: Battery life is a bit iffy
Comment: This phone is easily the best phone I have ever owned, including a HTC Desire, a Samsung Galaxy S AND an iphone 4.
The grandiose screen allows fantastic typing, brilliant web browsing and wonderful movie watching. The app support is excellent and the 1ghz processor works like a charm. Even the camera is a decent bright light performer, a change for the better from HTC.
The battery can last a day with some careful app management (which every android phone needs a task manager like system panel anyway).
Can't fault, recommend to anyone.
