Good: Keyboard, HTC sense interface and above all its on an open platform
Bad: battery life.
Comment: Just upgraded to this from a blackberry curve and i am never looking back, the screen size is what im used to anyway (although a downfall for some) but the image is sharp. This phone is awesome!

Good: Android, Sense UI, QWERTY, battery life, price.
Bad: screen, slow-ish processor.
Comment: Great phone, great ideas, not much compromise. Maybe making it a QWERTY slider (portrait, not landscape) with a larger touchscreen - and possibly integrating the FB button somewhere within the keyboard itself - would've been a better step. But that's just an opinion.
And when BBM gets a cross-platform release and app it will be a hit.
