Good: Windows 8, Camera, Screen.
Bad: Non-Removable Battery.
Comment: Will be switching to Windows 8 from Android as soon as this comes out. I love the look of this phone and the OS is such a well needed breath of fresh air to the world of smartphones. I love the look of this phone and like how thin it is (all other windows phones to date seem to be quite bulky and fat). And that is one of the main reasons i will be choosing this over the Lumia 920. I cant wait to hear more about it, especially the camera. I want to know if it will have many of the same features as the One X e.g HDR, burst mode and the ability to capture photos while recording video, seeing as though it has the same camera and image chip as the One X.
Good: Looks pretty
Bad: No SD slot and only low storage included
Comment: Noticed from the video that time goes backward on this phone. One shot show 14.48 as the time the next shot showed 14.44 :)
Depends on whether the battery can compete with the Razr Maxx before I would consider buying it, The Razr Maxx does not get many mentions on Cnet so maybe Motorola are not bribing them as much as Apple or Samsung.
Comment: @farhan the OS for WP8 is expected to be 'light' in comparison to other OSs meaning a quad core really isn't necessary... Basing your decision on whether or not to consider this phone, due to not seeing 'quad core processor' in the specs, would be a silly uneducated move. And at the end of the day they're running a business, thus cost effectivity is obviously going to be a factor. Remains to be seen if performance is sacrificed fr cost effectiveness but I highly doubt this.
@Mr Westaway... Your articles are top notch!... Hoping for an 8x vs 920 article from yourself as soon as, please. I have your first headline "WWI BEGINS (Windows War 1)" or "Call Of Duty: Windows at War" ... You're welcome.
Comment: design wise, im a big fan. specs seem decent too and if the screen is as good at th eone on the one x, htc might be onto a winner. been thinking about switching to wm for a while so if the price is right on this one, i might just have to go for it ahead of the nokia 920.
Comment: When I first saw this phone, I seriously thought about getting one for my next phone. I really want Windows phones to start competing with the likes of Android and iOS...but then I realised it doesn't even pack a quad core processor. :-(
ok, you can argue that neither does the iPhone 5. But Apple already have a major share of the market, Windows do not.
Sad to say I have been a bit put off by this. Which is a shame because I wouldn't mind trying out a Windows phone...they just need to appeal to me more!
Comment: The Name is better than anything we've seen so far!
Comment: Does the phone have a microSD card slot or not? This review is conflicting.
Good: nice size,341ppi screen
Bad: no sd slot
Comment: Nice phone,NFC,LTE,8mg camera with few tricks, not as stylish as Nokia Lumina 800,920 range, but faster s4 processor, should replace my lumina 800 in april next year
