Good: Mostly everything, very easy to use, good looks, feels solid, nice display.
Bad: Can't find anything yet :)
Comment: Received this phone from O2 insurance after my 2 year old daughter threw my HTC Desire on the hard kitchen floor ! O2 were not supplying the Desire any longer so I had to go with the Mozart as my only other choices were Blackberrys and I don't like those at all.
I'm not too sure how or why it seems peole aren't having a good time with this phone, maybe they were used to Android or Apple who knows ? I admit it's been quite a learning curve compared to 2.2 Froyo.
Now I'm used to it though it's wonderful. Even right down to the animated menu movement, everything just seems nicely laid out and put together. Touch response is good too as the sound quality of music playback. Although, a change of headphones is recommeded as is with most portable/mp3 devices. I use my Sennheisers which make this phone sound stunning !
As for photography the picures have all been beautifully crisp. It is a good idea to not let the flash do it's job sometimes though as you achieve far greater results without it. The pictures look spot on a 1080p pc monitor, no usual nasty "this is a mobile phone piccy" tell tale signs.
Well anyway...I hope anyone else that comes across this little gem has just as much fun with it......good luck :)

Good: Big Screen and funky styling-ish
Bad: almost everything - its isn't the most intuitive phone I've used, there are no apps, you cant use skype, the camera is fairly naff, they key board doesn't actually increase in size when you turn it on its side so you if you have fingers bigger than a mouse, the wrong keys get touched, you can't use your own ring tones, the volume isn't very loud, its easy to inadvertently turn the volume down or off so you miss phone calls, this is the biggest mistake I have made in ages its truly dreadful!
Comment: Everything I said above says it all - its a solid phone, it has a touch screen, you can make calls - it is no comparison for my ipod touch or my ex nokia N86, so wish I'd held out for the N8.

Good: Design
Bad: Software
Comment: I took all day talking to a large number of HTC customer care people and in the end completely failed to transfer my 700 plus Microsoft Outlook 2003 contacts to this Windows software phone. It's going back to Orange today. Backed up my contacts from my SE 995 Walkman phone onto Outlook and then had to copy these contacts into a Microsoft 'Live'/Hotmail account'. Only bits of random information are copied, like the first name of the contact with company. Where you have many contacts in the same company or have many contacts with the same first name this was very, very annoying. So little point in syncing this rubbish with the Mozart after this debacle. One other thing; a Hotmail account on the phone will sync automatically, like crazy, but who wants endless first names on their phone. Other types of E-mail accounts simply don't sync or have error codes. Hopeless own goal by Microsoft. Fancy not designing software that works in a joined up way. So ANYBODY that uses Outlook and wants to migrate to this phone - think again!

Good: The camera is ok.
Bad: I have had to have it replaced twice! It is utterly unreliable when it comes to the basics!
Comment: The phone has been a massive let down, i have found it totally unreliable. The first one i had crashed every time i tried to connect it to Zune, and it wouldn't convect to windows live. Whenever i used the alarm the phone would freeze. It then started to vibrate and did not stop. The second one i had to replace it's touch screen is unreliable and i can no longer count the amount of calls i have missed because of this. After updating it it suddenly stopped receiving text messages, or recording calls. The sooner i can get a phone that actually works, the better. I want my Blackberry back!
