Good: Integration with Google's services, big AMOLED screen, new Android interface, great app store, responsive touch screen, good looking, cheap price, teflon coating, super fast web browsing, 1GHz processor, multitasking, Amazon MP3 store, cloud syncing with Google's sevices, pretty good camera and flash, voice to text entry, noise cancellation, slim design, super smooth animations, great Google services (e.g. Google Maps, Calendar, Search etc.), not an iPhone.

Bad: Touch buttons often don't respond, buggy in places, not as good looking as the iPhone, no multitouch integration (Apple is tightening its patent on the 'pinch and zoom' feature)

Comment: Ignore that other review - they blatantly haven't bought the phone but are just some Apple evangelist trying to make a point. Google are merely using their advanced algorithms to make good software stimulate competition in the smartphone market (notice Google HAVEN'T withdrawn their excellent services from iPhones i.e. they're not doing it to spite Apple). Google are not a search engine company any more; they are a web application company.

The Nexus One isn't groundbreaking, just worthy competition for the iPhone, and anyone who is thinking of buying an iPhone would be a fool not to look into what Google can offer too. Specification-wise, it beats the iPhone in almost everything and the iPhone is missing so many things which are not missing from the Nexus One.
