Good: I really like the violet one, clear screen, different colour flashy lights, bb messenger

Bad: Calendar is awful, small screen

Comment: I'm enjoying my first blackberry but still find myself itching to try some of the smartphones that are available.

The screen is clear but feels too small at times, especially having played with other smart phones with large touch screens.

Blackberry messenger is great so you can send instant messages for free rather than numerous texts.

The calendar... you'd think it's easy enough but this one isn't and I can't be bothered to waste more time on figuring it out!

I've downloaded a number of good apps but it does seem a bit limited on the ones available for free. I was disappointed that my phone only came with one theme, and I can't find many free ones to download.

I love that you can allocate speed dials to each letter, and sending emails is easy to do on the move. The trackpad is also very cool.

Overall I really like this phone, it has a lot more perks than my previous slide-style phone, but I do feel it is lacking in some areas - it's not quite perfect.

I wish there were more 'serious' phones in different colours available as phone companies could easily please a lot of people who want something that looks a bit more exciting than a slab of technological coal!
