Good: easy to use apps , fits nicely into your pocket.
Bad: poor battery life , no GPS or 3G. Can be very slow at times.
Comment: I've had this device for a year now and i found it very useful.
Its a worth money !
but its battery is really bad !
It'll brake very easily so i suggest i good sturdy case.
Overall i wouldnt really suggest this to someoene who is willing to pay a bit more for a more sophisticated smart phone.
i have also experienced trouble with the auddio jack not playing music from the headphones .

Good: Everything. The keyboard, the 3.5mm headphone hole. Everything.
Bad: No flash
Comment: I got my blackberry in september and it has never frozen or broken or anything like that. It is my first blackberry and i was recommended it by a friend. I love it and i am so glad i got it. The only thing apart from it having no flash, is that the keyboard can be quite noisy, but in my opinion, this adds to the blackberry experience.

Good: Fits into pockets well, smooth shiny and good trackpad.
Bad: Unreliable, slow, not great signal.
Comment: I have had THREE of this type of phone and here are the three reasons it broke:
1st. Screen went grey and white and broke for absolutely NO apparent reason.
2nd. Keypad stopped working and typed random letters.
3rd. Suddenly wouldn't let me get signal anyway and said 'Initialisation Error'.
This phone is pretty slow and in all honesty I would no reccomend it for day-to-day use. Maybe it's just my own bad luck.

Good: optical trackpad , facebook and bbm , easy to use
Bad: no gps , no 3G
Comment: i had this phone for a month now , good at firtst , then sent back cause it froze....got a new one and its fine , high recommendations!

Good: blackberry messanger
Bad: where do i start
Comment: i will never buy another blackberry!! i got my phone on boxing day 10 it has been sent away for repair 3 times it was then replaced with another 1 with has now broke, o2 are in the middle of setting me u with a completely diff phone as i will never use a blackberry again am very disapointed
my phone has frooze i donno how many times, my tracker keeps sticking, my battery life went it was needing charge every 2-4 hours even though i had closed everything down, my blackberry apps word stoped workin, i find it very slow at downloading, also the chargers break very easy, theres no flash on it also so the pics airnt great,
I loved mhy blackberry messanger though and how easy facebook was to use!

Good: qwerty keyboard, social networking, 3mm jack..
Bad: camera. no 3g, no flash, trackpad needs replacing alot..
Comment: I have a cheaper phone and i love it, it is faster than a blackberry it looks better than a blackberry. In my opinion the only good thing about this device is Blackberry Messanger.
save your self some money get a smartphone that does everything a phone should do.. and dont spend all your money on something that isnt worth it, my friend has had to replace her track pad (middle button mabob) 4 times and shes had the device 6 months

Good: internet , keyboard, apps, bbm , messaging, emailing
Bad: camera could be better
Comment: i bought this fone a week ago and straight away fell in love with it! the camera could be better but its not used for the camera emailings great n so easy! i hope this review is useful for you!

Good: mgs, bbm, media, customisation options
Bad: battery life, somtimes freezes, overly common, camera
Comment: i got the phone for my christmas and instantly fell in love with it. i had wanted one for so long. battery is quick to charge up but drains easily if over used. great for people who like to keep in contact via text, bbm, facebook, twitter etc.. camera could be better gets and a bit fizzy when you zoom. other than that great little phone very durable. LOVE the colour change LED app (its a must have).

Good: Social networking upates, Emails, Easy to nevegate around once you get used to it :)
Bad: No GPS :( Cameras not too good in bad light and in average light it could be better
Comment: Its a really good phone but I would have loved it even more if it had GPS and the camera was abit better, I think I should have checked the GPS before I bought it but nevermind. Im going to upgrade to pretty much the same phone as I love the design but just with GPS :)
