Good: 3 in 1 concept is brilliant, put a quad and price it right and you have an instant winner.
Bad: no
Comment: i would want 1.

Good: The concept
Bad: Nothing
Comment: This looks like an amazing concept, a product that could solve many issues for people such as myself, wanting a tablet but not necessarily wanting a separate item.
If the bundled price is just right this could be a winner, with the phone itself proving to be a more than adequate device judging from a few reviews watched recently.
If the transition from phone to tablet also proves to be flawless this could help compensate for the obvious bulkiness, but an acceptable concession.

Good: One device, one contract, multiple functions
Bad: Nothing I can see so far
Comment: If Apple had produced this all the sycophants would would be raving about how novel, innovative and clever it is. This device solves several practical problems elegantly. My only concern is the possible upgrade path. If Asus "play nicely" and make the phone part the replaceable heart as the capabilities improve, they have a real winner. If they mess people about by forcing change of the entire set of pieces as upgrade occurs they will defeat the very point of what they have set out to do.

Good: One device for all your portable needs, 1 contract!
Bad: Price/Included Accessories?!
Comment: I adore the concept, a single device to cover all my mobile computing needs on a single contract.
Now all we need to know is how much it's going to cost on contract and on which networks.
