Comment: The perfect example of mans triumph, of all technology, of all hardware and software that has been created over the ages boils down to this, The IPhone 5. So far the greatest example of consumer electronics for it's software, hardware and the care taken to create it is matched by no other device that can fit in your pocket. 725 iPhone casings are created then they are all instantaneously analysed and 1 out of the 725 are chosen and the other 724 are thrown out.
Together with the beauty and ease of ios 6, and the precision and dexterity of the aluminium unibody this is the single greatest achievement of consumer electronics to date.

Good: Best Processor in world, thinnest phone ever, still looks the part, doesn't have ridiculous tablet proportions
Bad: Isn't in my hand
Comment: I think they have nailed yet again. Not too much, not too little.
This leads to a product that has fantastic resale. but its not just that. These are the best phone because they just work, are smooth as butter and are incredibly stylish.
Despite not all Apple customers being techno geeks, they still get rewarded by some of the best technology available at the time. When the 4S came out, nothing could touch it (SGS2? with 800x480 screen? no thanks i tried it and sold it straight away).
And now we get told it will have even better battery life?
I can say my 4S smashed my ONE X for battery life, easily.
I also find those big plastic Android phones fugly as hell. I mean the all plastic body (sold as durable) with old tech eg A9 processors, then packages as the greatest, is a joke.
When your iPhone dies, what do you do? Trick question! It doesnt die. But if it did, you walk into a genius bar, and BOOM! New iphone for you.
What about the other brands?
You know the specs. Later.

Good: all the new aspects are exciting. There will be an iPhone 5i. this will have further improvements. After all this is about making money.
Bad: non of the points raised by cnet really carry weight.
Comment: I have ever owned an iPhone but I would like one now. we forget the iPhone revolutionised the mobile phone market. The rest have tried to copy.
If you want the best car, you will go for Rolls Royce. If you really want the best phone, would you rather have a clone or the real thing.
I accept iPhone will never be every persons "cup of tea" but it is the market leader and just like Apple computers
and laptops, the rest are not be as good.
The choice is yours, as always.
Regards

Good: not much,
Bad: many things
Comment: just read the i-p5 in uk will have problems with 4g as it will come in 3 different version of 4g gor different carriers(o2,ee,) and if you have one you wont be able to use it with 4g on the other company. this sucks big time for those who buy it and want to change later. mobiles like nokia lumia dont have this problems. so the 4g on i-phone means you can chang your company to be able to use it.

Comment: Panorama is "..it harder to use than it should be"? Here's a hands-on from the guys at Anandtech and he seems to grasp the concept quite easily: http://youtu.be/ynBpKpjq5Oo?t=1m21s
You press a button- move the camera clockwise (or the direction you'd write in) and voila! Panorama.

Good: thin,
Bad: No nfc, no wire less charging,no gorilla glass,no real multi tasking, same camera res, dual core cpu,no talk anddata at the same time on lte, wide screen feels wrong on a small mobile screen,no bluetooth 4,
Comment: now that apple flagship product is out i must admit i was rather dissopinted. some years back they used to have the best smartphone on the market, but now its only a shadow of its former glory.
looks
it looks just like i-phone 4s turning longer like an remote control. the design team didnt take much team on this one. the 4" screen in a wide screen format feels kind of wrong on a mobile. the screen on mobiles are to small to be in widescreen 16:9 format.
its 1mm thinner than s3 which is great but s3 has a lot more features...
hardware
the a6 cpu is an dual core processor and given competion are using quad core on 4g lte now(note 2) this seems well not the best out there.
ram they didnt mention any thing about this but a 1 gig ram should be there if not it would be really bad.(samsung note comes with 2 gb ram)
there is no nfc on board which is dissopinting again, nfc can be used to do quick payments like on buses here in london or it could help faster file transfer.
no wireless charging neither.
the port where you iphone is connected to accessrios is changed to which means a lot of headache for owners of accessrios is not good either. i guess apple saw a great potential for making more money on their consumers there.
camera is still 8m/pixel regardless the 28 m/pixel marketing hoax apple came up with. panorama pictures are now part of i-phone ,but that has been around on android for years.panarama takes several pictures and put them together so if each picyure is 8m/p 3,5 pictures becomes 28 m/pixel. its a dum marketing hoax to fool so easy targets. so there is no 28 m/pixel camera there.
there is still no gorilla glass on i-phone. seeing all those shattered 4s glasses , you would have thought apple would think about this but nope. you will stiil see many i-phone 5 shattered screens...
screen resolution isnt much better than before but it does the job.
it has finaly 4g lte, but it cant be used for phone calling and data usage at the same time like on samsung s3, note2.(they have an extra radio reciver).
the screen of 4" i feel like is too little to late , most people love the big screens, and once you start using them you dont go back to small screens like an 4 " wide screen on i-phone.
google map and you tube is off iphone . now they want to have their own video site, but will it be the same as youtube?
and their maps seems incomplete from some of the reports...
to be honest i thought i-phone has fallen behind the leading smartphones.its still a decent mobile but not worth the money the charge you for it. samsung seems to be the best smartphone maker for now, s3 or note 2 has so much more on offer and with android jellybean android has not been better and faster than now. it seems every year i-phone offer less and less or maybe its because competition is offering so much more, anyway no matter why this is an dissopinting upgrade thinking how much more developed the competion mobiles are. but if you dont care about those things than go ahead and buy i-phone 5 .my sister havent got a clue about mobiles she bought one last month and spended a month to learn using it to make phonecalls. i guess every product have been made for its type of users
