Good: music player
Bad: battery life, text stop working after 3 months take to long to turn on.
Comment: Had to have it replaced after a week would not charge any more. Now on second one and can not send text only had it 3 months. worst phone i have ever had !!!

Good: the phone is complete...its smothly use sometimes makes you forget its price and underhood.
Bad: 2.2.2 Froyo
Comment: I like it,I bought it for 100 Euros,and for that money I dont think you could buy any other new better phone.2.2.2. Froyo is just worn out...many apps needs newer 2.3 gingerbrad,and icecream sandwich is just dreaming for this phone,so if you want a phone with wich you will be updated this is not a phone for you,but if you need a good,trusty phone and you need some basic android apps,there is no better phone ofr you :) its all about the taste

Good: once youve personalised the home screens to your preference very easy to use. very good music player/speakers
Bad: get some occasioanal lag on changing screens usually after just starting or just closing something, some of the settings can be difficult to find when just starting to use the phone.
Comment: i agree with most of the review however i feel it deserves more praise for some things that havent been mentioned such as the music player and the google powered speech search function which also works for searching for music on the phone aswell as searing for things on the internet. The navigation is a good system however it does need an internet signal to work properly which could be expensive if your on payg. overall a really good phone some minor problems but at the price it is they're definatly bearable.

Good: ALCATEL 990 best smartphone, great battery, last for three days
Bad: nothing is bad, every thing is perfect.
Comment: I brought this Alcatel 990 from o2 shop, brought the phone for £89.99 payg, plus o2 shop gave me £20 shopping voucher back to spend at boots or HMV or argos and pc world, so the phone cost £69.99.
What a great phone, large screen, good battery life, nice phone works well, love the phone, plus it dont cost a lot and it better than a HTC WILDFIRE.
Alcatel 990 is amazing smartphone, go and get one from o2, they are brilliant.

Comment: You are not supposed to leave the screen protector. Its purpose is only to protect the screen during shipping.
If you remove the screen protector, the screen is perfectly responsive.

Bad: Running Froyo
Comment: Ive had several cheap Android phones....But i dont agree with the review at all....The screen works well,there's no lag of anykind,its bright enough too for me...Iam not a great fan of cameras on mobile phones,so ive never used,same for the internet,why use a phone when i can use my pc...Its well built,though the side power button is a pain to use,so i dont use anymore,i hit the homescreen button to switch on and ive got a app to switch the phone off again...I use wifi on phone alot and get a good 2 days worth of battery life from my phone...I text all day on it and phone people...All in all a very good sub £100 phone...Might even be updated to Android 2.3 at some stage...Arby.
