Comment: I actually bought this because it DOESN'T have an ipod dock..just about everything you see has a b***** ipod dock and if you haven't got one and have no intention of buying one, it is annoying to have an unsightly socket on the top of something to plug one into..so well done, Gear4 for being bold enough t leave it out.
Absolutey super piece of gear which does everything it says it will and with style. Comments about a slightly low sound quality in the mid to high ranges are largely unfounded when you consider the size of it..if you want perfect pitch, you need something a lot more substantial than this and pay a lot more money.
So if, like me, you don't do apple products like iphones and ipods, you will be delighted with this. If you are an ipod owner, then go plug it in your musical toilet roll holder..!
