Good: Everything but...
Bad: The software was out of date

Well, I got this for £35 in crazy deal from the Dell.co.uk website and arrived 3 weeks later. Long delivery but worth the wait! Bursting with features and solid build quality and total precision. It comes with a charge station which is mains powered NOT USB! The side mounted wheel is not really a wheel, it's more of a rocker which I use for the Windows Flip 3D feature in Windows Vista and Seven. Search feature would be useful for some people but I don't use it too much.
The software was out of date and I needed to download a newer version so make sure you have internet access before purchasing! After the update, it saw my mouse and let me customise any button to do pre-set functions like the search but also custom functions like an application launcher. I like the fast scroller but I only have it activate when I spin it sharply. Again, you can customise it to be always on in Internet Explorer but off in Photoshop. Yes, you can customise different functions for different applications!
Overall, one of the best peripherals I have bought yet, a definite 10/10.
