Good: It has been a good experience but ....
Bad: .... don't expect to upgrade it.
Comment: I have Win 8 on mine which is great so I thought I'll spend the £40 and upgrade to 8M Ram - forget it. Case is closed with a specialised screw in the base. Therefor you have to pay for uplift, engineer and ram all coming to about £150. Total rip off, if you try and do it yourself you invalidate the warranty.
VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH TOSHIBA.
Good: price i5 can can be found for around £550, build is ok very nice to be able to access track pad by just sliding screen an inch .
Bad: will get back about build quality.
Comment: was not too sure about buying this laptop as there are not too many reviews about it .only has a small budget so got i5 128 ssd and 9 second start up to windows for just over £500. pounds, may take out 3 year service for £48 ,but so far I am well happy. This laptop also has NCF and,GPS . which tablets have but most larger tablet /laptops don't.
Good: Nice combo of tablet and laptop
Bad: poor build quality
Comment: After owning this for a week, it has been recalled by the shop I bought it from (Costco) due to the screen becoming 'dislodged'. Costco is great for protecting their customers. However, my experience with Toshiba has not been great and although I don't really agree with rating a product based on customer service alone, I think it needs to be said that Toshiba is producing poor quality products and not supporting them (I have a 6 month old Z830 in for service that's been there for over a month.
