Good: It Has Very Hi Performance CPU, All Round EXCELLENT Performance.

Bad: 1, though wud be nice if cud have more than 8Gb RAM! & BATT life not great.

Comment: Overall this is an excellent Hi Performance Notebook, Would recommend to anyone, I'm not a gamer, just Know it has VERY hi-Specs...
The PC would be better if;
1, more RAM 8GB+
2, first primary drive a 120-256GB SSD as dont think much of the current "Hybrid" with 4GB SSD??? Have Upgraded my First (Primary Drive) to a 256GB SSD, much better!!!
3, As for BATT life not that great, yet the "BULGE" enables BETTER COOLING FLOW.

I own it

Good: Great performance, nice design, 3D, fair price compared to its performance...

Bad: Nothing really bad. You shouldn't really expect good battery life and small weight from a 17" gaming laptop :)

Comment: It definitely worth its price, in this category few other notebooks can beat it. I have the X770-11C, which has an even faster CPU (i7 2670QM).
Practically every game can be run on it at the highest settings, and the 3D adds an additional fun level to the whole.
Absolutely recommended!

Good: Fast, great screen, great keyboard, 3D, not too heavy

Bad: Not much, except perhaps the battery bulge

Comment: I bought this laptop for my teenage daughter to play games on and watch movies and she absolutely loves it - playing Skyrim on it (even in 3D). I set up the laptop for her and loaded programs and it was an absolute joy to use, love the keyboard feel and lay-out - feels very high quality. The screen is fantastic, clear and bright. It is not too heavy given its size and power. I also looked at ASUS and Alienware, but for me the Toshiba X770 was the clear winner.

Good: Powerful Processor, Great screen for movies.

Bad: Horrible design, battery life is poor, not very rugged for it's size.

Comment: Overall this is a good computer, but I would use it as a desktop replacement for a family with money,
as it's a all-rounder, but it doesn't necessarily shine at anything.

If I were someone looking for a laptop with a high budget, I'd look at something that shined in one particular field.

Not for me
