Good: keyboard and its quiet, compared to my HP DV7.

Bad: should have bought the i5 or i7 model, and battery sucks

Comment: one niggle, we all know the battery deterioates over time, but to be reminded from sony tha my battery is deterioating every time i start up reeally annoys me!

Good: Superb keyboard, nice crisp screen, great design

Bad: Crap webcam, limited software

Comment: I bought this as a managers special ex display and got a few quid off. I was initially attracted to the brand and of course the discount (though it was an over inflated mark up in the first place)
Anyhow, i got the laptop home and found it to be less responsive and slower than i had anticipated. I was contemplating a return, until i noticed that it ships with 3GB Ram
This means a channel imbalance of 2GB on one channel and 1 on the second. In my old system building days, i was told that this should be avoided. I then bought a 2GB Dim from Ebay and fitted it in place of the 1GB. The difference is immediately noticeable and elevates this device into a new league. My advice to anyone buying this is tp do the same thing. Its worth the extra 20 - 30 quid.

Good: Looks good, can play some games

Bad: Battery life, weight

Comment: I got this laptop for Christmas and so far, I'm pleased. It looks great and doesn't feel cheap. The light sparkly effect underneath the keyboard is a nice, if a little unnecessary, touch. The colours on the screen look great, and it comes with a good range of desktop backgrounds. The number pad at the side of the keyboard is quite handy if you prefer to use it.

I usually use the laptop to play The Sims 3 and go on the Intertnet, and it handles these things very well. The Sims 3 isn't a very new game but even so, on this laptop the graphics look amazing. It has a very clear picture, and the enhanced colours help with this.

Overall, a fantastic laptop, and I highly recommend it.

Good: Beautiful Looks; Brilliant Keyboard; Fast Fast Fast

Bad: NOTHING :D

Comment: A Brilliant Laptop. Excellent Keyboard. The Numeric Keypad Is Great When Doing Anything With Numbers (Rare On A Laptop). It is fast fast fast - brilliant processor: Vision AMD. Has Google Chrome Installed Which Is A Real Bonus. Has Windows Live Essentials. VAIO Media Plus Is Even Better Than Windows Media Player (And It Has Windows Media Player Too).

Just A Small Point (THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE BUT A SMALL POINT): If You Buy It You Need To Back The System In case Of A Hard-Drive Crash So You Need To Have CD-RW Disks In (Appoximatley 3)

I own it
