Good: Fast to use, very quick to start up,
Bad: Trackpad takes getting used to
Comment: The Samsung SF310 is a great size and if you're impatient like me, you'll love the quick startup. Samsung backup software works really well. But basically everything is really great with this machine and I'm really glad I purchased it. The trackpad takes getting used to, and I also bought a bluetooth mouse which connects via the built-in bluetooth. Laptop wireless sensitivity is really good, and battery life I've found excellent. Grahpics card can struggle with HD video, but for pretty much everything else, it's a great machine.

The Samsung SF310 has a good, solid feel and a nice chunky keyboard, whilst still being as portable as you'd expect from a 13.3" - although the edge to edge size of the laptop is more like 14.5". You eventually get used to the trackpad, although it's never as responsive as you'd like. The battery life is pretty great if you're doing non-intensive things like typing or a little light web-browsing (in the eight to nine hour region). It falls to six or seven if you're switching between different programs or searching the hard-drive a lot, and down to three or four if you want to play a game or watch a video (the dedicated graphics card is a power-hog if the laptop has to activate it).
Overall, I'm really rather happy with my purchase.
