Good: it's light
Comment: the screen is so flimsy you could hire it out to rolf harris as a wobble board and it has these metal edges that are just waiting to get dented / chipped.
exactly like the one i tried in micro anvika. it was a demo machine and looked a right mess.
weird friction on the mousepad/trackpad thing, not smooth like the apple ones.
the sales guy told me loads more similar machines were coming out this year due to the new chips.
Good: battery life & SSD
Bad: Always looks a bit grubby
Comment: I have the previous incarnation the X360 and it is one of the few bits or tech I really covet, it boots very quickly, light, fast, runs for ages on batteries, and the screen works outdoors it is so bright. I would not go back to HDDs and this laptop goes everywhere with me and pretty solid, no floppy mouse buttons, or creaks and groans, any cracks in the chassis from being on the road etc. Tough little laptop apart from the aly lid - dents to easily. Fingersprints on the gloss take the shine off it. Very impressed and glad there is a replacement as the only other option is the Asus Bamboo which could well sway me. P.S. ULV processor very effective too - really impressed! Thought it'd be OK but really flies!
Good: Slimmer than a macbook air (just)
Comment: I have been eagerly awaiting the release of this laptop since it was announced a few months back. It looks truly fantastic. I Think I will wait and see if Samsung produce anything similar running chrome OS, but I am certainty interested.
Good: Looks, looks and looks
Bad: No VGA output
Comment: I ordered this laptop today after playing with it on Tuesday (Micro Anvika, TCR), everything about it oozes quality and as the review says, if you're not an Apple fan (there are some of us out there) this machine is perfect. Incredibly light, wakes in 3 seconds (I've seen the Youtube demo and timed it in the shop), certainly fast enough for my needs and looks fantastic.
The only problem I have is lack of VGA output, I'll be using the machine for sales demo's so need to have VGA projectors, but this can be overcome with a converter.
