Comment: After using this product for just over a month as a replacement for a desktop, I have been more than satisfied with all aspects of the Rv720. Sure, it is quite bulky and no featherweight BUT these issues are more than compensated for by an excellent 17.3" screen and a full-size keyboard that I personally like the feel of. 4gb ram is more than sufficient for my general office needs. if needed, however, one can increase the ram to 8gb. Only reason I have not given this excellent value for money 'laptop' 5 stars is the trackpad which is too small for my liking: not a problem though as I will use a conventional mouse whenever possible.
