Good: Pretty Much Everything
Bad: Its glossy surface is easily smudged or scratched if you're fussy about that.
Comment: I've had this laptop for almost 2 years now and it's still going strong, even the battery, despite the fact i use it pretty much daily. It was bought to replace another laptop and although it was primarily for university I haven't found a problem with anything i've needed to use it for. I store alot of music and pictures on mine and play the odd game. As long as you aren't expecting amazing graphics it's adequate for this. I can honestly say that it's the most reliable computer i've ever used. I love the sleek design and although it is abit chunkier and heavy than some others its worth it for the durability and good performance. It would definitely encourage me to buy Samsung again. Perfect for a first laptop too as it's really easy to use.
Bad: Little heavy
Comment: I bought the R510 Aura for £500. It is a special edition and came in the balck Aura design (A high gloss black and red design) 4GB RAM and 160GB HDD and a brightly lit beautiful screen (hey it is Samsung). Its easy to use and Vista runs perfectly on it. I have never ran an application that didnt work.
The only thing i would not recomend it for is gaming but hey what do you expect its not very expensive.
My only slight complaint is its a little heavey but not to bad for carrying about.
I got it in November and the battery died a month later so i contacted Samsung via email and a brand new battery worth £70 was set to me within a day so spectacular service. Seriously good laptop.
