Good: Good video card (9600GT) , 64bit vista , CPU and RAM .

Bad: Build quality ( the touch sensitive bottons ) , battery and heat .

Comment: I bought this laptop 3 months ago and I'm using it now , I have tried all what can this laptop offer such as TV over internet its speakers and all . For performance the Hdx16 performed well in normal use and in intensive use (blueray movies , games .. etc.) as well . My laptop has a 2.40 due 2 core which is better than the one in the review , so there is no problem in running video games in 1080p . However , the battery is really bad in most HP laptops and it gets really hot if you are playing a game or watching a movie
and I asked someone with a new hp laptop and he has the same thing !! . And there is the touch sensitive buttons which doesn't work like it should , so I went to the service and they are going to replace it but they don't have any parts for it so they are going to order it , and there are some people with the same problem so HP should pay more attention for the building and checking process . Finally , I have to say the HDX16 is a Good choice , but check yours before buying so you don't get the same problem .
