Good: Perfect form factor if you ignore the wide screen. Life-prolonging 80% battery charging feature (arguably this should be standard behaviour).
Bad: 20KHz whining noise will drive you mad in any quiet place. Screen touches keyboard when closed and was scratched within a week. Runs hot and noisy. There is no excuse for the horrible keyboard. Lack of carrier or activity LEDs for wireless or ethernet turns out to be an added annoyance. Transformer is a brick out of the 1990s. Only 3 USB outlets.

Good: It works and is fairly anonymous
Bad: Poor battery life, fan very busy, screen makes a quiet but infuriating 20KHz shriek, Fn keys needed to PgUp & PgDn, screen touches keys when closed. Bundled power saving applets add nothing.
Comment: Fujitsu will have to up their game to stay in this market.
