Good: Touchscreen

Bad: Battery Life

Comment: It's a bit harsh to say the OS is rubbish. It's actually just different. Win8 has several very good features. For example, you can back up using a shadow volume - not new but now the choice. I am getting used to it now. This is why the touchscreen is vital - Win8 just begs to be touched. Its the best way to use the new tile user interface. The Asus Vivobooks are just nice reaonably affordable laptops.

Good: The portability and metal structure

Bad: The OS IS RUBBISH

Comment: The OS really let's this laptop down. It's confused about what it wants to be.

Half and half is like going back to vista.

Windows 9 or GTFO.

When laptops are half as thin as the MacBook Air they should be ready for tablet/ laptop use.
