Good: Good screen, Fast, Beautiful design, Very user friendly!
Bad: The price
Comment: This is a perfect laptop for a student, of course if your are not studying graphic design)) The battery really stays 7 hours! If you use your laptop for watching movies of course it will not be 7 hours)) Yes it doesn't have a USB3 port, but mackintosh work faster than window, so you get the same speed with USB2!
Good: Everything except one thing.
Bad: Dedicated Graphics are desperate for a computer this expensive.
Comment: I use this with 8BG RAM making it incredibly fast. The LION operating system is just how all OS's should be. Virtually never crashes, moans, or whines like windows does constantly. I do use boot camp allowing me to use Windows 7 and Lion on the same machine. Not a bad thing I can tell you. If only for the useless dedicated graphics, it would be in every way perfect.
Good: ease of use range of standard software and no crapware preinstalled
Bad: it does pick up smudgy fingerprints easily and a minor amount of glare
Comment: i purchased the 13 inch macbook pro the month after it came out and i love it its easy to use standard software is fantastic there is so much help installed into the os and its standard security settings are second to none i will never return back to windows ever!!!
Comment: good stuff.
Bad: Rip Off
Comment: Not worth the money.
Good: Speed, design, build quality
Comment: Yes, it's expensive, but in reality your paying for something that isn't avaliable from HP, Sony, Asas, Dell etc, etcnothing out there can perform as well for the price and performance is a combination of quality aspects. Put it this way, I replaced an Alienware M17 for the Mac and I am not looking back. In fact the Mac was cheaper and performs better.
Is having no USB 3.0 and issue? No, not really. Are the graphics as suggested not as good as they could be? Probably, but the graphics are still very impressive.
The only thing I can complain is that I'd like the Mac to have been cheaper and I would prefer to have more USB ports. But I so what... Once you try Mac, there's no going back.
Good: battery life, + looks
Comment: have to admit I have always wanted a mac to play with but have never been able to afford one. Well there is always hope.
Good: CPU, Thunderbolt, battery life
Bad: usb 2, graphics capability, price
Comment: Why do Apple always ruin the 13 inch macbooks these days. 13 inch is the only size I am interested in a laptop. Any larger and I would rather have a desktop as I won't be hoisting it around. I would love to spend money on a new laptop just for the sake of it if they turned out something nice, but I have to say, despite their 'cleverness' they have still failed to impress enough to tempt me away from my trusty old black 4,1 macbook.
Comment: Two years on the run this refresh has left me disappointed. It has worse graphics than the standard 13" MacBook and a worse screen than the 13" Air? Struggling to find the "Pro" here.
Good: Looks, speed, battery life and ease of use.
Bad: Price....as always
Comment: This looks like the New laptop I need!
