Good: The screen size and the features make browsing and doing work on it easy and accesable.
Bad: The keys sometimes stick and I once dropped mine and there is now a thin white line running through the screen, also I think there is a loose screw inside because it makes rattling noises.
Comment: Overall I am quite pleased with the performancce of this laptop, this being my first one I am still finding my way around it. But it easy to use, mostly, and very few bad points.

Good: Good performance for the price, nice screen, good range of ports
Bad: Graphics aren't great, keys occasionally get jammed, sometimes noisy
Comment: Overall, I am really happy with my Aspire 5551. It is good for what I use it for and I have had an enjoyable first 8 months using it.
