Review:
This is a superb laptop, if you save up and go for the high spec ones, they will last a while. The TV tuner requires an aerial which is a hassle if you want to watch TV on the train or outdoors. The screen is very hard to see outdoors because of the glare from the sun and other things. But the design makes up for it all. I find that the screen is very nice to use when opening the laptop as there is no latch to undo. The media button sound CAN be turned off in BIOS by pressing F10 at startup (when the HP logo appears and navigating to the setting 'Media Keys').

Not a bad budget laptop, but the bigger R720 is a much better option if portability isn't a prime concern
