Typical price: £370
What is it: 10-inch netbook with long battery life and subwoofer
What we think: A little large for a 10-inch netbook, but it's a great example nonetheless

We like:
Excellent battery life; large keyboard
We don't like:
Keyboard lacks feel; no high-speed Wi-Fi or 3G; 'subwoofer' is a joke
CNET UK judgement:
The N120 is larger and slightly more unwieldy than the NC10, but it has a larger keyboard and better battery life. The keyboard could be improved slightly, and we're not big fans of the glossy screen, but on the whole, it's a very good machine. Just don't buy into the 'subwoofer' hype

It promises better usability, better battery life, enhanced sound capabilities and a user experience that belies its netbook heritage. It's available to buy now for around £370. Continue Reading...
