Good: Does exactly what its supposed to, looks and sounds beautiful
Bad: Honestly thought about it, I can't fault it
Comment: I bought one of these over a year ago from my home and another recently for the 4500 sq foot studio office. I mention the size as when you enter the building and hear the music from almost any corner in the giant open plan office, clients are absolutely blown away that the beautiful thing in the corner is responsible for the musical bliss. It really fills the room with sound and accurately. Ok having had one for a long time, we ONLY use these over wi-fi from an Iphone 4s in the office and from an Ipad at home, never experience dropout as other users have. Okay I think the reason is you need a decent home router to make sure firstly it has good reception to wifi but secondly that the router throughput can handle the data. Buy a £200 Netgear and you will be so happy you'd bought this devic
Good: great sound
Bad: unusable over WiFi - constantly drops out
Comment: Great look, great sound. But totally useless if you want to use it over wifi. And since iPhone5 has a different connect that the speaker doesn't support, you are faced with a future of a useless speaker even if you dont have an iPhone 5 yet..
Good: Amazing Sound Quality
Comment: Bought it yesterday from John Lewis, and worth every penny, sound quality parallels much more expensive (and bigger) systems. Airplay setup was really quick with the iPhone app and is very easy to use.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a small but incredible sound system.
Good: Practically only good comments about look, sound and quality
Bad: AirPlay functions from the computer but lasts only a few seconds on the iPhone
Comment: That Airplay does not work properly with the iPhone 4s is a known fact. It lasts only a few seconds and then cuts off, communication is lost and one must start from scratch with the AirPlay setup.
What amazes me is that Browers & Wilkins is doing nothing to correct this important flaw, eventhough many customers talk about it on internet.
ANY CHANCE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM CORRECTED?
Good: Amazing sound quality when it works
Bad: When they go wrong, they go wrong
Comment: Bought a Zeppelin Air to stream my tracks from my ipad2, it was relatively easy to set up but then one day just went wrong. I am on my 4th set of correspondence with the support team who are very friendly but not available at the weekends when I am at home trying to fix the bugs on this thing. Have tried to reset the unit, update the device drivers and update the firmware.
Unbeatable sound quality, fantastic concept of wirelessly streaming music. I was thinking about hooking it up to my tv, which would have been really cool when one day the system failed.
I now own a pretty, electronic sculpture on my mantelpiece!
Good: Looks, sound, quality coupled with the support if you need it.
Comment: It's a high quality product
Good: Looks, sound, quality as with all B&W products, coupled with the support if you need it.
Comment: It's a high quality product, that will be at the top of the 'wish list' for some time, with it's ability to update itself with firmware updates. If you want to hear how good it really is, then you need to go on the B&W website, and download 24 bit tracks, otherwise you're listening to 'crunched' manufactured music, not as the artist recorded. Don't listen to sub quality Mp3's and expect to hear quality sounds, you may as well put on ear muffs. This speaker can handle high, mid, low and bass with ease. Do yourself a favour and go and listen to one, but make sure it's playing a
Bad: You get what you pay for...quality...as with most things

Do yourself a favour and go and listen to one, but make sure it's playing a quality apple lossless or 24 bit flac track. Read up on it, and listen to it. Then give an educated opinion on whether this speaker cuts it...
