Good: Smooth running, rugged, nice display.
Bad: Needs rooting to make it functioning how I would like it
Comment: Was a bit shocked when I saw the tiny box but there seems to be some sort of TARDIS effect as the size is just fine and sits in the hand nicely.
Can't seem to drag my mobi files over to kindle but "Cool Reader does the trick" Put music and audiobooks in "downloads" file and they all show up ans play when you click the google play headphone icon.
Skyfire seems to overcome flash issues. That's the best thing about Android...always a workaround.

Comment: Good review, and impressed with the N7 ( on paper & and video )
Solid look, and impressive specs, lack of SD card slot a sad omission, perhaps to guide folks towards the 16GB model.
Having replaced an Iphone battery :( does anyone know how easy it is to replace the battery on the N7 ?
Also what's the range on the WiFi like ?

Good: Affordable, Tegra processor, Buttery smooth Jelly Bean 4.1, Front facing camera, Portable, Nice design.
Bad: No Gorrilla Glass...
Comment: ...the other bad points listed in the review are actually good points for me:
*No 3G - would make the device more expensive and I'm not paying for another data plan.
*No rear facing camera - would make the device more expensive and I have a good camera on my phone already.
*No expandable memory - whenever I buy a new device I alway get an SD card just in case I need the extra memory...and I never do!

Good: Price, Size, Screen resolution, Processor, Graphics Procesor, Jelly Bean, Additional Google Play content, did I say price?
Bad: Not available NOW
Comment: I say hat's off to Google and Asus for bringing to the market a tablet that many people wanted, a fully featured Tablet with decent specs and at a reasonable price.
I have been impressed with the video reviews currently available on YouTube and this has from, what I've seen, shown to be a more than capable tablet. Butter along with Jelly Bean is just the icing on the cake.
Great high resolution screen, awesome Tegra 3 quad core CPU, 12 core graphics processor, 1 Gb of RAM that tied in with Jelly Bean and the Google Play market, leaves very little to be desired for those choosing this a tablet to own and at a killer price point too.
WIN WIN WN
Yes I would have liked more on board storage and expandable Micro SD, I would also have liked a rear facing camera and 3G connectivity, but I am also realistic and except compromises had to be made. These minor short comings will not affect my intention to buy, I have pre-ordered 2 16Gb models.
Well done Google and Asus, roll on my delivery.
