Good: Expandability potential; UVVU compliant; 1080p screen; backlight; natural colours on screen
Bad: gated Android system; dual-core processor (vs Nexus 7 quad core) could be a limiting factor
Comment: Like its fellow-Android competition, the Kindle Fire HD, the Nook HD+ restricts the user from accessing the 'regular' features of Android such as the Play store - a decision which could ultimately prove divisive & decisive to makers of those devices in terms of customer sales. However, this one minus is more than matched by a host of plus points including UVVU compliance, 1080p, expandable storage, magazine friendly viewing, natural colours on screen, high res screen & light...
