Comment: I merely wish to point out that no-one will have the new iPad yet so how can you allow so called "reviews"? The new spec is disappointing and if I could fathom out what Samsung are doing I would go after a Samsung Galaxy 7.7 with its Amoled screen. The problem is finding a stockist and this isn't helped by the fact that the Samsung web-site can't even list any! In fact it is decidedly coy on the subject of the 7.7. I fear that I will be buying an iPad 2 when the price finally drops.

Good: Awesome screen, Battery life
Bad: Boring design, bold claims made by Apple turned out to be rubbish...
Comment: This marks a step in the wrong direction for Apple in terms of design as the design is well....the same and in a world of awesome new designs that and the fact that it has no official name is excusable. Th screen and proposed battery life though sound brilliant!!

Bad: Not much better than iPad2 for normal use
Comment: Most objective comment I have seen is at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=mFzJxGwqpOU

Good: screen but lacking AMOLED (why?)
Bad: closed operating system with almost everything blocked and not much possibilities; needs jailbreak to function properly.
Comment: Not for me unless they allow installing apps from *.deb or *.apk or other package format so that producers can sell apps on their websites.

Comment: Yeah, whatever. I won't be buying it. Not because it isn't a great product, but because Apple have become the machine they once despised - an all powerful, all controlling corporate monster. It used to be that Windows were the bad guys and the more interesting people had Macs and were something different. Now everyone has i-toys and still imagine themselves to be individuals. Hear that bell ringing? It's Apple calling on you to close your minds and open your wallets, and like Pavlov's dogs, you will, time and time again.

Good: Style / Advanced Tech.
Bad: iEverything!
Comment: Apple control is what stops me from buying this. If this technology was made without the restrictions that Apple enforces, I would be queuing up at the launch of their products!

Good: Screen etc. sounds good but not a huge leap forward
Bad: Increased weight and dimensions is bad
Comment: Have Apple done enough in the face of the new crop of up and coming Android Quad core beasts like the Prime and the raft of windows devices that must be on the Horizon when Windows 8 gets out of Beta or The upgraded Windows mobile 7.5 takes a proper bow e.g. on a Lumia Tab . I can't see a reason to trade up from my 2 until 4g eventually properly turns up in the UK by which time we could be looking at iPad mark IV which hopefully will be thinner and lighter.
