Good: Great sound when working
Bad: Only had 5 months, no sound from one earphone
Comment: Beware of purchasing B&W, all is not as it seems unless you definitely buy from a registered B&W supplier (something not made clear until too late). B&W will not honour any warranty unless purchased through a registered supplier, they will still let you register the product and only tell you this when it is too late! Very very disappointing!

Good: an overall good headphone
Bad: not perfect for £150
Comment: for £150 i wanted these to tick every box for me, and while they do they are not outstanding for the money.
everyone has commented on how fantastic the bass response is and i would have to disgree, while you can tell the bass is there it is the sharper high end sounds which win the war at volume.
i bought these for running for a few reasons,
1. the loop would keep them in my ear, which they do very well.
2. they have iphone controls, even though because of the barrel shape the controls are not defined and so make them not so easy to use when moving about
3. they were exensive, so i assumed high quality sound would follow. if there is any outside noise meaning you have to turn up the volume, i find that sound quality and listening pleasure diminishes rapidly
for me there is still a bit of a gaping hole in the runners market that these do not fill

Good: Bass response
Bad: Slightly fidderly to get in
Comment: Upgraded from a set on sennhiser c300, great improvement over them.
Find it takes a few minutes to get them seated right but once in wont budge.

Good: Complete immersion in music.
Bad: rubber ear bud broke when removing it to swap to my size but no big deal...
Comment: I've literally just switched to these after my fourth pair of Denon AH-C560R's in 10 months. So far I'm very impressed. Great snug fit which feels secure and the sound itself is very clear, detailed and, with the tracks I've listened to, perfect in the richness.
I've also previously owned the Shure SE310's and E3C's which were good but lacked the low-end these headphones can deliver, also the memory cable seemed to split after about 18 months so hopefully these will last longer.
Just to clarify, I am using these with the Desire HD Android phone and the only buttons that do not work on the remote are the volume + & -. Play/pause/back/forward all work fine...

Good: Build Quality; Sound Quality; Strong Bass Response
Bad: Headset Controls
Comment: Having moved from similar priced Denon C751 headphones I have to say I'm very impressed with these B&W's. The bass response is just as strong but with much more clarity and coherence with the mid range. I had alot of problems with the fabric filter on the Denon's so the metal design of the B&W is reassuring but it does mean a slightly harsh top end.
Only negative is the headset controls are not very compatiable with anything outside Apple so are a bit of a needless expense and weak point for some of us. Much preferred Denons solution of a short headphone cable as this allows you to use your own remote/mic and also replace the bottom section if the cable gets damaged.
