What is it: Next-gen videogame console with Internet connection and Media Center Extender functionality
What we think: While it's missing a couple of potentially important features at launch, the Xbox 360 delivers the power and performance of a high-end gaming PC, including impressive digital media and networking features

"Microsoft is moving in the right direction"
What I like:
Next-gen capabilities for a neat sum, media and networking features
What I don't like:
Poor game lineup at launch, lack of ports (USB, DVI)
Review:
Keeping the features to a minimum has helped keep the cost down on the Xbox 360. Personally I don't miss them too much and purchased this with this in mind. You get what you pay for.

Microsoft reportedly at loggerheads with BBC over iPlayer on Xbox Live
We want iPlayer on our Xbox 360, but apparently there isn't much chance of that unless Microsoft decides to allow it on free 'Silver' Xbox Live subscriptions
