Good: Feels like a book, easy for the eye, looks cool
Bad: Completely no information from iRiver. Even their website suck
Comment: Just bought yesterday. Cannot comment much although it feels great holding just holding it and read. Unfortunately iRiver does not support with any literature on how to use it especially for someone who is completely new to ebook. I believe a simple explanation of what ebook driver is needed, how to buy ebook and the format it support would be helpful.
