Bad: Functionality, support
Comment: I would say that Cool-er DOES NOT HAVE any support. They do not answer to any email, even I've suggested my feed-back about localization problem. The list of features is not impressive (e.g. navigation through the library is very primitive, book's metadata is not visible, like in open-source FBReader). Device is pretty slow, especially during boot-up. I'm disappointed.
