"Don't believe the hype"
What I like:
That BT rang up and offered to pay me to adopt it
What I don't like:
That at the end of the conversation they realised their mistake
Review:
I am a home hub customer, mainly happy with it but the download speed noticeably goes down in the evening as everyone else in the neighbourhood logs on.
BT rang me up last night, offered to cut my monthly cost of my package by £3 and give me BT Vision free of charge. Great, I thought, I don't mind benefiting from BT's desire to manipulate their adoption figures. Went through all the paperwork then - "Oh, sorry sir we see that your connection isn't able to receive BT Vision. It seems that my "up to" 8MB BT connection doesn't quite cut the mustard for BT's own TV service...
