"Lousy software"
What I like:
The big hard disk, picture quality and tuner sensitivity

The menu system
Review:
The menu system on the Thomson DHD4000 was better. The first unit I bought would not menu properly at all (menu incomplete). I exchanged it on the same day (17/03) and this one worked, but 2-3 times per day the Duovision freezes and locks up. All you can do is turn it off, leave it for a minute then turn it back on. I contacted Humax who tell me this is a "known problem" for which a software fix will be issued. If it is not issued "soon" it is going back and I will buy something else.
