We like:
Gorgeous design; powerful sound; ease of use; video quality
We don't like:
Simple iPod graphic interface
You might also need:
Component video cable, RGB Scart cable
CNET UK judgement:
Denon's iPod integration improves its existing 2.1 DVD systems, the Virtual Dolby Surround capabilities of which were already superb. The iPod interface is horribly ugly -- an uncharacteristic weakness from the Japanese company -- but sound quality and visual performance are, as usual, faultless

Denon has a long tradition of high-end products that set a new direction for mainstream manufacturers to follow. The DVD-2910 set the standard for upscaling DVD players such as Samsung's DVD-HD850 and Toshiba's SD-350E, while the D-M35DAB showed how to do quality digital radio properly. These products are high quality, premium items that aren't bettered by their cheaper counterparts. In an industry that's preoccupied with lowering price, Denon's products can still be good value if you want the products you buy to last. Continue Reading...

Home cinema systems with cool features

Only one is an actual 5.1 system, but they all have genuinely interesting features that make them worth a look for the bedroom
