Typical price: £200
What is it: Mini system with integrated DAB tuner
What we think: DAB lovers will fall for this combo quickly enough. It may lack the full-bodied punch of dedicated hi-fi separates, but for a tot, it's hot

"Best thing ever"

Review:
I bought the later version of this, the DMX-60 as it would seem the DMX-50 has been discontinued, thus I couldn't buy it anywhere.
In the new model (DMX-60) they have fixed that humming sound everyone has been moaning about on the DMX-50. You can leave this on standby with the sound up high and you still hear nothing.
When you first switch it on it auto-tunes the DAB radio stations for you and shows you how many stations you can receive.
CD playback is excellent, as is SD playback. I haven't had the need to select the FM tuner at all as the DAB stations and reception are sound and more than cater for my audio needs.
The styling of the DMX-60 is sleek and modern, the buttons are located where you would want them. The speakers look nice too! I like the screen which is clear and easy to read.
I also like the ability to update the software for this system by USB as and when updates become available with new features and fixes.
I would recommend this product (DMX-60), it's well worth every penny. I can't find anything I dont like about it
